I leased an IS 350 F-sport from Jim Nicoletti and I couldn't be happier. My new car is amazing and it's all thanks to Jim. His knowledge of all of the Lexus vehicles is excellent, and he is very straight forward and honest, which was a welcome difference then from the last person I bought a car from. My purchasing experience was excellent from the minute I walked into the showroom through the time I drove away in my new Lexus. I highly recommend Jim.
Went into Tri County Lexus to look at a new RX and from the moment I walked in I was treated with such class and everyone was so nice and the guy Trevor who helped me was straightforward and helpful. Going back this week to pick up my new baby.
If I could give this place zero stars I would! Be aware of the false advertising on the internet sales done by the sales girl Natalie who you will never see and she doesn't ever sell cars. By the time we got our numbers for a car advertised at 13k there were over 3k in "fees". After that the sales manager comes back with numbers for your finances charges and you will end up paying $30k. It was the biggest waste of time. I should have listened to the other disgruntled customers in the lobby and left.

I would absolutely recommend tri country Lexus to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. They made the experience quick and easy, I've never been in and out of a dealership so fast. Make sure to ask for Hassan when you go he will make sure to give you the best deal, and help you find the vehicle that fits you best!
