Beyond awful, shady, and horrific service. We will never by another vehicle from them. I was literally stalked by their sales people towards the end of my lease so much to the point where I actually blocked them. Once I did call about returning my car I was passed to a sales person who once he found out I would not be buying/leasing another vehicle was beyond rude and basically hung up on me. I would not recommend Tri County Lexus to anyone....they lie and tell you whatever you want to hear to make a car deal (Pathetic)....they don't follow up on what they say....sales people are like little puppets running back and forth to someone who hides behind a closed door!! They bring down the name of LEXUS
One of the worst dealer in the state. What kind of manager tells its customer to go back when ready to buy a Lexus. This dealer is a completely full of thieves. They want give $12k in trade in for my 2012 Mercedes C300 with only 39k mileage. I will never ever go back to this shitty dealer even if they give me a free car. I will make sure none of the people I know that goes there to buy a car from thieves.
Great dealership, and staff. Took some budging to get the price I wanted, and they came through. Will definitely get my next Lexus here when my lease is up. Highly recommended dealership!

Because they didn't have the car in the option package I wanted on the lot ,they offered, they would get it for me from another dealer.
