Got a certified preowned from these guys. When they sold me the car they said they pick up at my home and will drop off a free loaner. They canceled that program after they picked up for me once. Disappointing!! Another dealer (Prestige) Lexus dealership found that the car had some body work done incorrectly! Waiting now to see what these guys do. But judging by past experience these guys will do whatever they can to sell car. You may want to consider Inglewood Lexus or prestige Lexus in Ramsey.
