I sent a message about my interest in a vehicle they had listed. A woman named Melissa called me back. I told her I liked the car, but wondered if there was a reason it was listed so high above it's market value. She told me she thought the price was fair and I told her it was listed nearly 1k over it's market value. She seemed to get defensive and asked me in a rude tone what I'd pay for it. Did not end up visiting but they were excellent via email. Professional, polite, and informative.
Very good but didn't have anything that we were interested in, in our price range.
They contacted me very promptly! Too bad for me the car had sold. They were great with communication which is unheard of for a dealership.
I was very impressed with this and the adjacent Subaru dealership (same ownership). Extremely responsive via email and phone, these folks are genuine and a pleasure to work with. I will highly recommend them to my friends. Ultimately I found my car elsewhere as often happens when looking for a specific Year and model (used). I would have preferred Tri-city even though a 35 minute drive away. Ask for Sheila!
