Great sales staff
Automated response but car sold before I had a chance to speak to actual salesperson.
Ended up leasing a new truck. Brock, Dave and Derick are great to work with.
Not a great experience. Was told needed an appointment due to covid concerns. I setup an appointment for 8:30am. I received a call at 8:17am telling me the vehicle sold the night prior. How??? I thought you needed an appointment? No communication here at all. 13 minute warning that I shouldn’t come. Obviously only care about the quick sale not customer service. No apology at all. Never would buy here in the future.
Contacted them set up an appointment and then when we were half way to the dealership I received a message that the vehicle had been sold the previous night
Professional--easy to do business with
We were treated well. The car fit the description. Like all dealers, the price doesn't move until you walk out the door.
Good management
Didnt find what we were looking for but we experienced excellent communication and correspondence from Trevor, save yourself some time and specifically ask for him when you visit the dealership!! Cut above the rest!
