My salesperson was good. We started negotiations before arriving since I live over an hour away. Wouldn't let me drive it until after agreeing to price. Whe I sat down the salesman showed the sale price which was back up to original. Then advised the GM was not going to reduce the price. After raising my voice and starting to walk out, they went down a little but refused any further negotiations. The GM was giving me and my wife dirty looks. Elvin, The sales person, was very knowledgeable about the features of this Cadillac CT6. Any questions about the instrument panel dials purpose or function was answered, While on test drive we had a nice conversation about the history of this car and the reputation of the Cadillac brand .
Person I had an appointment to see was a no show. completely burned off early. I was preapproved with a financer already for something with money down and no trade in. and the youngster they had with me tried to strongarm me and was insulting. did not even want to look at the preapproval
