Drew was always available to answer my questions. Drew was professional and courteous, and followed through what he promised. I also had a good experience with Sarah, she was professional and efficient with the process of the paperwork. My purchase with Tri City Subaru was a good experience.

Sheila was kind and wonderful as well as very helpful. Rhe office manager Sarah was the one i thought was rude because I declined extra warranties. She wouldn't even talk to me after that. I thought she was very unprofessional.
