My wife and I were looking to downsize our home as we both are retiring this year. Friends of ours told us they were building a Kay Builders home so we met with Linda and very quickly felt that this would be the right move for us. Linda was extremely helpful with our design decisions. Our new home was delivered on time in December 2016. Our questions were answered either the same day, or within 24 hours. I chose my home in July, 2013 and immediately flew back to the Netherlands where I would be living for the next year before retirement. I had never built a home "long distance", but with the help of the sales manager (Linda) and the on-site building foreman (Dave), long distance phone calls, and emails everything went well.

Everything from the first visit to closing, we felt that Linda and Joanna had our best interests in mind. Very fast responses when we had questions and Ed the construction manager is a great person as well. We will highly recommend Kay Builders to all interested. It was a pleasure, truly.

Linda has been an excellent, kind and very patient person towards us regarding the purchase of our home. She has been with us since last year, 2015. She has been very accommodating to our requests throughout the purchase process. She has always answered our phone calls and returned them ASAP if she was preoccupied. This was also done on her days off.

From start to finish, Linda was very helpful and friendly. I love my new home. The walk through was easy and there were very minor items that needed fixing. The house is very well built.
