Think Twice Before Purchasing a Home from Kay Builders We purchased a home from Kay Builders in March of 2020 and 15 months later it has still been an absolute dreadful experience dealing with this company. We still have outstanding items that need to be completed from our settlement walkthrough in March of 2020. Kay Builders first 55+ Community so far has proved to be a success in my opinion. Our custom built house is what we anticipated. Nice finishes and accommodations. Our sales rep Fran Phelps was very patient and informative. Project Mgr Jim Guenter always answered our questions and followed up with solutions. All Kay construction workers are friendly and caring. Kay Builders is great in letting you redesign their floor plan to suit your needs. Linda was great in listening to my needs and then making suggestions on how to make them work with the house I chose to purchase.
Had a wonderful experience with Kay builders. Kind, friendly and very accommodating. This was first purchase on my own and it was Linda who was the deciding factor! Her attention to detail and ability to answer all my questions during the process is what made the purchase of my home all the better! Thank you Linda for all you do!
