Went to the Trek store at Kearny Villa Rd in San Diego. I had very little experience/knowledge of any of the products until I walked into the store and was greeted by a gentleman named Matt. I had done a little research beforehand and shared that with him. He took the ball and ran with it. His friendliness and professionalism made me very comfortable. I walked out of the store with my new Trek Marlin 7 and several accessories that Matt helped me to pick out. His customer service is second to none.
I went to the store to buy a Trek bicycle, Marco the manager help me and walk me trough the o purchase. He was very kind and professional I really appreciate his patience and knowledge of all the products. I also applied for the Trek card was fast and easy and for sure is a good help for the future payments. I will come back for sure and the Trek Superstore will be my place to go for future purchases!
