Tim "T-Bone" Carroll took GREAT care of me while going through the process of updating my Trek Fuel EX. He got me the proper Dropper Post and then through some measuring and trying out the different stem lengths and angles fitted me with the proper stem to alleviate the shoulder pain I had been experiencing. Now I can adjust for any situation while riding except the two most crucial, Age and fat. Thanks to the entire crew at the La Mesa store for always listening and helping!!

I really liked it, then i bought a couple of things from trek online. All authorized retailers are supposed to accept returns from trek, but trek Superstore refused... twice. Even though my reciept said they needed to take it. It took a chat with trek customer support to get the return and chastise the store for not following trek policy. So then i hated them, but then they had Fabian Cancellara come and that was awesome, so now 3 stars. They are ok.
