Bike service is good. But dont park in the bike rack if your not shoping there. You'll catch some negative vibes.

Bought my bike 2 years ago a trek remedey 8 bad ass bike got a super good deal thanks to everyone at the store for helping me out
Ordered the Bontrager Ballista helmet online from Trek Bicycle Superstore late February, it was the only place where I could find my size available. Received an email the very next day saying there was an discrepancy in their inventory count, so they didn't have that helmet in the warehouse. Instead of just apologizing and leaving it at that; Andrew, for online sales, was great about trying to find a solution for their mistake. Arrived at about 5:30 was greeted warmly and within 1/2 hour TJ in service had my Domane P1 repaired and ready to ride. Thanks again guys for your GREAT service and attitude!!

Only bike shop I've ever been in where they intentionally do not "up sale" you! In fact, they've routinely talked me OUT of unnecessary upgrades I tried to purchase. They are a big dealer but they operate like your trusted friend. Amazing! Proud to own a Trek!!
I just bought my first mountain bike to train for Motorcycle Road Racing. I was on my way to school tonight to take my final and my derailleur blew apart. Luckily I was just down the road from the store, so I carried my bike there. As soon as I brought it in, they had my bike in the service department with a new derailleur on it in less than 10 minutes! Awesome job! RAD!
