Great customer service. Just purchased a Cannondale Trigger from Jose at the Chula Vista location. Chris did a great job explaining the technology and setup of the bike. After looking at a dozen shops I highly recommend Trek Superstore.

Chat Conversation Start I have pulled out my Trek to begin spring riding and my Bontrager Trip 300 computer is not working. It is always a little hard to use. I did not get a manual for using it from my bike shop, so I would like to know where I can get one. Also, is it likely that the computer has a dead battery from not being used in three months?

I have always trusted trek sence i started riding, sence day one that i walked into a trek store in 2009, i have always experienced great service, and even being stationed in okinawa i called back to the store directly granted i had to stay up till about midnight my time to wait till they were opened they still were able to answer a few questions i had, thankyou trek store team members for always being the greatest.... love my 2015 trek madone 7.9

After buying my bike , had nothing but terrible service with getting stuff fixed and the people that work there just don't care ! Back to performance bike
