I go to the San Marcos store. The manager Ian a great guy and knowledgeable, the sales staff is helpful and friendly. James and the boys in service shop are helpful and knowledgeable in repairs and parts. Keep up the good work.
I love this bike shop!!! Ladies....I Purchased a custom built road bike (forever) bike. The service is superb and they really listened to my desires. I was surrounded by great service and now they feel like my friends. I highly recommend this shop for any price point or type of bike. They will help you with your needs and guide you through the process with respect and care!! Any one of their employees are awesome. I worked with Brian and loved every minute of my journey as we built my perfect forever bike.
Trek Bicycle is a store of liars and thieves. They don't offer you insurance when renting the bicycles and their pre-rental inspection is done without you. This is done so that when you bring the bike back they can blame you for prior damage and charge you for the bike. Avoid Trek Bicycle. We lost $1000 due to dishonest employees and I will be taking my case to court.
The Solana Beach CA location has an excellent team ready to help with cutting edge gear. Trek Superstore is my service station as a daily commuter. A recent purchase of a Cannondale Synapse SE 105 Disc was essential with great value and consulting from the crew to bring back my 2016 CrossRip. Most Competent People of Principal.
