I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at TRE Fitness. I was approached by management in a manner I found to be unprofessional and, at times, prejudicial. The way the situation was handled felt unfair and left me feeling both offended and disrespected. What’s even more concerning is that after things appeared to have settled, my membership was unexpectedly cancelled without proper justification. I have worked and trained in Gyms all over London for too many decades to mention. Tre Fitness is without a doubt the best equipped gym I have used. Their machines are the Gold Standard of resistance training equipment. The gym itself is super clean , and never too busy. Its comfortable, comprehensive and inviting, the staff are professional, friendly, informative and responsive. Management are present and happy to listen to your opinions and input. I’ve been coming to trefitness for a long time and the gym has evolved so much since it first opened. The equipment is all brand new and gives you so much motivation! The staff are always lovely and happy to help. Highly recommend!

Such a good gym best one in Folkestone! The staff are always friendly and welcoming. There’s a wide range of equipment that suits everyone and the sauna is great to use after your workout. All around an amazing gym and you can’t beat the price you even have a nice sea view while you work out!
