I chose a day pass for this gym due to its perfect location, between the coast and the high street and was really impressed by its offering. Excellent range of high quality equipment from a range of brands all in good nick. Goes well above the standard machines and as a 5ft2 person was pleasantly surprised I could actually use them all for once - I’ve literally never found a hack squat where i can go below parallel before! Amazing gym - no other way to put it. The equipment is top quality and sourced from some of the best suppliers in the world. Staff are incredibly accommodating, offering everything from tours to complementary espresso (which is great before a workout!). The ocean view is epic - great way to recover between sets. It has everything you could possibly need, and then they surprise you with even more. Do yourself a favor and train here when you’re in Folkestone - you won’t regret it.

Tremendous gym - excellent equipment, helpful staff, nicely presented and impeccably clean. I have used gyms for years in London esp Virgin Active, and without question, Tre Fitness is an improvement, and a far better overall experience.
