Tremendous gym - excellent equipment, helpful staff, nicely presented and impeccably clean. I have used gyms for years in London esp Virgin Active, and without question, Tre Fitness is an improvement, and a far better overall experience.

I’ve been training at Tre Fitness Folkestone for the past two years and it’s been brilliant. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the other members create a really positive atmosphere. The facilities are spotless, with great showers and a sauna that’s a real bonus after a workout. I tried a few other gyms in the area but they were either too small, crowded or the equipment was lacking. The location is perfect, with sea views that make sessions even better. Tre Fitness really is one of the best gyms out there, the equipment is state of the art and the whole environment is super aesthetic and idyllic for a great gym sesh. The gym has the best Panatta Sport hip thrust machine I have ever seen, along with a serious range of machines that can literally target everything.
