This hotel was very pleasant. The staff were friendly especially at the reception, and the room was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated how quiet it was at night, which made it easy to relax. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby in Raynes Park, I’d stay here again for sure.I’m
Great location and staff friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is dated. They advertise the beds as being king size, which is most certainly not. It’s a queen at the max (verging towards a double) and mattress is very uncomfortable, def feels like they need replacing. No aircon as advertised and rooms are very small.
