Very modern and friendly gym, the equipment is top of the range and the staff are always helpful! Would highly recommend this gym even if it’s to work out with a friend for a session or two! Atmosphere in there even drives you to go on the days you ain’t quite up to it

Brilliant gym, they have a wide range of top of the line Panatta equipment which is an absolute dream to use. The staff are friendly and are always around to help if needed. The owners are always aiming to improve the gym and the members experience. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area or who are visiting!

Brilliant Gym! All the staff are so nice and are always there to give you a hand if you need it. The gym is always clean and tidy and the equipment is really high quality. Such a welcoming environment to train in!

The best gym in Barrow. Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Joined over 3 months ago and it’s the only gym in Barrow I would recommend. High quality and modern equipment. Great customer service!
