Had a great first session this evening. Dan and Rory introduced us to the group so we felt welcome. Then the fun (aka - the hard bit) - the training used lots of equipment in the workout and I felt thoroughly tested to my absolute limits. A great place to train - thank you so much!
These people are extremely inconsiderate. Every morning they have extremely loud music that causes a nuisance to the residents who live next to this place. I have complained multiple times to the council but nothing gets done about it and it shows this outfit have no regard for elderly and vulnerable people living close by. If you’re going to have loud music then at least sound proof your premises or turn down the bass from your speakers. You would not like it if this were happening in your home!
By far the best gym in Chelmsford. Every class is extremely well structured and programmed. Sessions are delivered by brilliant instructors, all of whom have first-hand experience in competitive athletic sports and disciplines. All classes offer a challenging workout for the full range of ability levels, from complete newbies looking to get back into fitness, all the way to more conditioned athletes looking to put themselves through their paces for competition preparation. There’s no other gym like it!
