I have been going to classes at Train with Labonita for a few months now and words cannot express how much I love it! I am already feeling stronger and so much more confident. As a complete beginner, I was nervous about starting weightlifting but the classes are so welcoming and the trainers are excellent at catering to all skill levels. Everyone at TWL is so lovely and the team have managed to create a gym experience that is friendly, encouraging and empowering. I highy reccomend!
Cindy is a great PT and we have noticed an improvement in our strength each week. We do duo sessions as a couple which is £70 per session, this is a good price. We feel relaxed around Cindy and she motivates us to try our best even when it is hard. She demonstrates the lifts and exercises well and she's organised with the space and planning what we are going to do each session. The space is well equipped. Dogs are allowed in. LGBT+ friendly. We recommend this gym and Cindy in particular!
I have had 4 1:1 sessions with Valentina so far, out of a series of 10 and I definitely will carry on with more sessions once the 10 run out. I am out of shape and inflexible but gradually I feel my body is showing that it has more potential and strength than I believed it had thanks to Valentina's guidance, pushing me when I need it. This gym is the absolute best. I have never really been a gym person, preferring to run outside and so I wanted somewhere that I could feel safe and confident. Labonita's is like a family. Everyone is friendly, supportive but at the same time, my trainer Cindy pushes me to get the best out of me. As a mum of 2 I wanted to look after my body and feel strong enough to lift my very heavy kids. The incremental gains really add up and I am getting closer to my goal of a pull up! Excellent women’s-only strength training space. The atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and professional—ideal for focused training without having to navigate the often-intimidating weights area of a typical gym. I’ve been training with Labonita for a few years and genuinely look forward to every session. You can book personal training if you’re working on technique or building confidence, or join small group classes. A brilliant space for women who want to train properly in a supportive environment.
