Great team, instructors and class structure, been coming for a few weeks and enjoying it
I've not used a gym or weights before and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. There was no judgement when I had no idea what some exercises were and the staff and everyone in the strength class were more than happy to help guide me through what to do. Lovely atmosphere, super friendly and very good value for money.
