Terrible experience. Two employees were busy loudly chatting with each other while I stood there for several minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge that I needed assistance. When I asked about a product, I was told it wasn’t available, and the employee immediately turned around and walked away without even checking if I had any other questions. Incredibly deceptive pricing. Sign outside stated that haircuts were $50 or $60 with long hair. Charged my grandmother $95. I question their ethics.

Stopped by recently and the staff were so helpful when addressing my hair and skin concerns. They have several promotions right now with the main one being: buy one, get one 50% off on regular priced items! I went in and picked up the Rice Water Bright Vegan Light Cleansing Oil and Rice Water Bright Vegan Foaming Cleanser from The Face Shop and also a milkshake shampoo and conditioner duo to tone my brassy hair.
