Choosing and ordering vinyl was fine. The fitter they supplied is a cowboy. He did not seal the floor. He said that it needs 7 days to acclimate which is not true. Floor needs 48 hours BEFORE fitting not after fitting to acclimate. So I asked him to come back in 7 days to seal the edges. He told me it’s not his job. Well it’s not the electricians job! Avoid this shop at all costs! Disgusting attitude from the staff ONCE you've purchased from them, prior to the purchase they'll speak to you with respect. Even the carpet fitters have a vile attitude on them verbally and their body language. Was booked for them to fit the carpet in a week ago. He had a tantrum and walked off because of a cupboard, which was easily resolved within 5 mins, my brother was about to move it for him, but the fitter moaned and said he's going to another job instead, he may or may not come later.
