Received a gift voucher for a muscle activation with Tom. Feeling reasonably fit I was complacent enough to think there would no issues....wrong. I went to Tom initially with a knee injury picked up playing hockey. After a thorough examination he established what was wrong and using a combination of sports massage, kinesiology tape and exercises he quickly resolved my problem getting me through the last few games of the season and I've not had any trouble with my knee since! Since then I've been back for both sports massages and muscle activation sessions and I couldn't be happier with the results! Having never heard of muscle activation before and new to this kind of treatment it has definitely opened my eyes to just how much of an effective treatment it is. Tom was professional, likeable and knowledgeable throughout the number of treatments I had, getting those muscles back working which hadn't been used for a long time. Would highly recommend TP Sports Therapy. Looking forward to my next appointment.
