I and members of my family have used T P Richards for a number of small and large building works over the last 15 years or so. They are reliable, organised, super efficient and knowledgeable. I also credit their sister company, New Look Windows, with the same attributes. We wouldn't use anyone else.

We moved into a property in September 2022 knowing that we wanted to convert the loft with new plumbing and wiring. I was impressed by the honesty from the outset when I took it as a positive to be told "no" to my first enquiry for a quote in July 2022 because they were engaged with work and would not be looking to even quote until February 2023 rather than giving me a false impression. Not interested in calling back or making an appointment to go over options for a roof conversion. On chasing them I was told the guy that is in charge of quoting look at my house on Google maps and said they didn't think the pitch was enough for any type of conversion. Just because you have lots of work doesn't mean you can treat customers like they are worthless. Very poor show TP.
