Carter, Gene and Donny did the work and we got our Rav 4 and loving it.
I've been in the car business for 14 years. My older aunt needed help buying a car, and I drove down to her to assist. We went to 3 different dealers.. lastly, we ended here at Toyota. I have to give credit where it is due. The staff was phenomenal. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and not high pressure. My aunt was very happy, and treated great. Experienced Bait and Switch! Put a offer on a car on line, they accepted it! I drive down there to buy it and I'm told that the car was sold a week ago, and they don't know why it's still in there inventory, wanted to sell me a different car. Still on there website!
Took my truck in for charging issues & fixed it almost “like new”......😁 a 16 yr old Tacoma. As busy as that dealership is they told me to bring it by the day after I called. WHEW! Really appreciated that since it is the only vehicle available to me to get to work.
This people are not up to there standers. I would love to trade my truck and not get screw like last time !!
