Usual story. You attempt to purchase a vehicle and before all the paperwork is in, they sell the vehicle from under you. Excuse was the sales manager was off that day and no one knew that the car was "reserved" for me. Car dealerships and management are the bottom feeders. I have more respect for homeless people.

My parents are elderly in their nineties . They were in a car accident and need a vehicle . My brother lives in north Jersey check out lease deals for mom and dad. My brother called Toyota of Lakewood to see if they could match a deal from north Jersey. They acted like they couldn't of cared less. They said they couldn't do the deal but they would check. Looked at an Avalon there and the staff was very helpful. Still haven't bought a car yet and still considering them. But they are text book, case study car salesmen..."buy today or miss this deal forever" techniques ....
