I was interested in a used car. I was even willing to pay more than list price. However, after my initial phone call to the dealership, no one called me back to handle my inquiry or process the transaction. Later, when I called back, the car had already been sold.
Sold me a 2017 Tacoma that pours in water through the third brake light. I called to talk to a sales manager and they wouldn’t even put one on the phone they put me on with a customer relation advisor and all she did was blow me. After calling all day and asking to speak to a manager they kept transferring me to aimless voice mail. What a horrible experience

I went here to look to get into a tundra. Even though, I didn't get the truck, Derron and Brandon were phenomenal and did everything they could to get me in the truck. It wasn't in the cards but truly professional place.
