Awesome!!! This dealer ship has been servicing my cars since 2011. Each visit is always courteous, pleasant, and the service and car care is top notch! Over the years, Jack Murphy, Bill West, Steve Hannah, and the new Steve and other service writers were all attentive and friendly.

Excellent experience all the way around Jack and the service department at Toyota World Lakewood couldn’t have been better. It was incredibly easy for me to schedule a same-day appointment for about one hour later to bring my car in for an oil change, which was on special at a great price. Quick and smooth check-in. I waited in the customers lounge and before I knew it I was done and out of there. I’ll definitely be back!

Best of ANY for service! Prices are competitive with all the shops around me so why not go for the best? Can’t do better than this. Jack has been taking care of our RAV4 for years and always seems to find a way to exceed my expectations.

Long time Toyota owner have been dealing with Toyota of Lakewood NJ for service during the summer season for a number of years for all of the Toyotas I have purchased or leased. Performance has always been more than satisfactory. As a result I decided, as a Florida resident, to see about purchasing/leasing a new Highlander or RAV4 from this dealership.
