wish I could give the woman who answers the phone (and hangs up on people) zero stars. She is very rude and accused me of yelling at her when in fact I was asking a question! Where’s the car I turned in?? I purchased a vehicle through you. Was told you would take care of our existing lease. Just found out our GMC wasn’t turned in and is sitting on your lot. I had a great first and second experience purchasing a used car at Toyota World of Lakewood last night! I went in with a plan to purchase a specific car and spend a specific amount (usually things don't go to plan in the car buying world). I was helped by Bryan M., Emma, and Alexis, and everyone was more than accomodating. I drove the car home in less than 3 hours, with a monthly payment $40 lower than what I asked for. tmThe entire transaction was flawless! I will be returning to this dealership anytime I need a new car!
Everyone here is great! I went in with a 2004 Toyota Camry and left with a 2020 Toyota Corolla. I couldn’t have been happier with the service they provided me. Bob was so helpful and I definitely recommend you going to him if you have car needs!😊
Alexis Buono gave me HORRIBLE service during my vehicle search! I submitted an inquiry on a 2020 RAV4 they had in stock but was told I couldn't see a Buyer's Order until I submitted "a deposit or be further along in the process for us to do the paperwork for this deal." Dozens of other dealerships will provide you with a transparent Buyer's Order instantly. I had the best experience here! I had spent the better part of my day searching other dealerships in the area (including multiple other Toyota dealerships) and this was my last stop at 7:30 PM. I called ahead to hear if the specific car I wanted was available, a 2019 White Rav4 with tan interior, and the team excitedly confirmed that it was.
