Service department is a joke . I purposely do not go there because I sat there for 30 mins waiting to be checked in while there were multiple agents available .

Toyota World was great!! They helped me find a car that I absolutely love to drive, a 2018 White Rav 4. The car is amazing, the salesman and manger were phenomenal and helped me find a car that fit all of my needs (and wants!) I'm new to the area and needed a dealer to service my Prius. Toyota World of Lakewood was recommended to me and I am grateful for it. Service was polite, professional and affordable. Tech took time to explain an issue [that I'd inadvertently caused] so it wouldn't repeat. Checked out the car, did what was needed while I waited. Top notch service all around. I'll be back.
