I am so pleased with purchasing my first ever brand new car from Toyota World of Lakewood! All of the staff were super friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle. The man who sold me my car, Eddie, was extremely helpful and friendly, and not pushy at all, which made me feel very comfortable. It was a great experience, and I really liked the laid back atmosphere. I would definitely recommend shopping here for a new car!!

What an extraordinary dealership! I have purchased quite a few cars and never had a fun experience. I can honestly say my daughter and I had a great time in a laid back, no pressure, fun atmosphere with an entire staff of knowledgeable individuals who truly cared about what I bought and made sure I got the right vehicle. I purchased a 2014 Tundra about 18 months ago and have been using the dealer service center for maintenance and minor repair work. It took me a couple visits to get acquainted with the system for the service center, it became a surprisingly pleasant experience. I guess I wasn't used to the type of quality a service center could offer. They are by the books, which I guess to some might not be great, but for someone that wants to know their vehicle is running at it's safest and best, it's exactly what is needed.
