The best service department From the time I drove into the shop until I left, everything went smoothly. Every person was polite. Steve Hannah explained what the car needed, understood my constraints and had the car finished before the estimated time frame for completion. The entire Lakewood Toyota Service Department runs so well.

Oil change service completed in a timely manner. service rep was courteous and helpful. Car wash was a nice finishing touch. Nice waiting room.
