I bought a 2017 Rav 4 about 2 months ago. My Salesman, John Paul and the Finance Manager, Dan, were both extremely helpful and not at all pushy. On to the vehicle, I was in a horrible accident 3 days ago and the safety features in the RAV 4 saved my life. My insurance adjuster couldn't believe he was talking to me after seeing the vehicle, which was totaled. If you are looking for a safe, sleek SUV, the RAV 4 is the way to go. I will be going back to Johnston's to replace this one with another Rav 4.
For some time I have seen an increase in mistakes with regards to the service of my car. This is disheartening because I have bought 3 brandnew vehicles from Johnston's Toyota over the last 10 years and was very proud of that. I have had all of those vehicles serviced there at Johnston's as well. The people were very warm and friendly and because one my vehicles does a lot of mileage I am there frequently.
