I spent a tremendous amount of money on a beautiful truck, had the truck for one day and had a problem. I brought the problem to their attention and was turned away. I don't wanna get into details but it seems as if they could care less about you after they make their sale. Unfortunate.... Caryn and Brian O'Connor

I preferred the previous Service Dept. It was separated from the showroom and all the hubbub associated with it. The seating in the waiting are is uncomfortable to force you to walk around and look at the new cars. It took over an hour to perform an oil change - Jiffy Lube can do the same job in 15 minutes or less. I do not like the new set up at Johnston's. Bring back the old service center and waiting are, please.
while I've always felt I've had good service whenever I visit Johnston's Toyota, today both people who helped me went above average. I was greeted by my car when I pulled in by an associate who's name I did not get, but he took the time to go over my car and explain things I might want done. I knew my tires were going and he took the time to explain about what thread I had left on them while saying that the certified mechanics inside would take a better look. My family and I have gotten several vehicles from them they are always great. My first car I got from Johnston's was certified used it was a 2003 Corolla S that car has 275,000 and still runs great. I just went back for another Corolla a 2015 S premium I love it. Collin Reilly was my salesman this time I stopped late on a wedsday he helped me with the cars called following day told him I defently wanted the car but couldn't get there to fill out paperwork for a few days, he put the car on hold for me no problem at all until ... read more
