Worst experience I ever had. Steve Jardine is a jerk and can't actually own the dealership because he has to many sexual harassment claims against him and Toyota won't let him have it. He is a pathetic sexual predator.
We had a very unfortunate mixup while turning in our lease a few months ago. But Johnston's Toyota took responsibility and did everything they could for us to fix the problem. They wanted their customers to be feel appreciated. The Sales team went above and beyond! Thank you!! �

Awesome experience. Diagnosed my car...didn't hit me over the head in price. Coffee while waiting. Owner came in and said hello. Everything you could want in a dealership. Saw a friend on the way out going into the showroom... told him to buy a car.
I found the the sales department is very sneaky, I wasn't impressed with the sales person- he was very unsprofessional and working with him left a very bad taste in the month. The detail department did a horrendous job cleaning my car. I unfortunately didnt realize this until after I had my car home. If I had noticed while at the dealership I would have made them do it again. So far the only person that I believe to be helpful was my financial advisor, but I can't even be sure of that. The sales dept is great.....but the service dept needs a manager!! The last two times I went in for an oil change it took almost two hours!!! How is that even possible? If they weren't free I would go somewhere else.
I think what they do for the community is fantastic. The food and clothes drive this year to support Sullivan county food bank was great. I'll help support any charity you help out! Keep up the great work!! :)
My wife and I bought our 2016 Toyota Corolla LE at the dealership and was assisted by David Velez Finance Manager. We had a fantastic experience David provided us with A1 customer service. He answered all our questions and was very up front with any and all concerns. I will definitely refer all family and friends to your dealership
