Not at all happy with the service we received on one of our vehicle last week. Long story short, service tech failed to put the oil cap back on. Oil was all over the engine compartment. Brought it back to be cleaned. Brought it back the next day because the smell was horrible and they discovered the firewall insulation was saturated with oil. They did change the insulation but the car still smells. Would not be able to use the heat if it was cold out because the smell is overwhelming.
Great place. Friendly & courteous employees. Well organized with professionals who get the work done quickly, well and at a reasonable price. Great waiting space with PCs, WiFi, TV, free coffee and snacks & soft drinks for sale.

I had a horrible experience with my so called certified Toyota Venza. Had to bring it in 4 times in one month since purchase. They fixed the light but wasn't happy knowing that it had issues from the start. Nice sales men Paul thou
