Sorry kids, have had positive experiences in the past with this dealer but went there yesterday and got excuses rather than results. Purchased 4 new tires from them currently with 27,000 miles supposed to have tread life of 50,000. Today, it won't pass inspection and they are bald and dry rotted. dealer will not honor product, 1000 bucks down the drain-live and learn.
Honest and hard working staff. . I bought two cars here because they back up what they sell! They also give back to the community and local charities. Good people at Johnstons!
That's two from Johnston's so far - True to my word, last Thursday Night my wife & I drove to Johnston's from NWNJ again and drove home with my wife's 2011 Avalon. Paul W. was great. I'm recommending Johnston's to family & friends when car shopping. All the service I've gotten on my 2010 Scion there has been excellent too.
