Have been a Toyota driver for the past ten years, recently bought a 2015 RAV4, just love it and the service & personal care I get.
MY only complaint is waiting 1 1/2 -2 hours for oil changes that I have an appointment for.
Service department is absolutely horrible. Took my highlander in for a repair on a door lock and when I picked it up a different lock is broken. Not their fault. Took no responsibility at all. Absolutely ridiculous. So now I have a door that doesn't unlock. Really appreciate the "it's not our issue" attitude. Hope it's worth losing customers.
After being a loyal customer for the past fourteen years our family is done with Johnston's. They were sneaky and underhanded. Consumers beware. Taking our business elsewhere.
Johnstons Toyota hasn't failed me for the past 4 to 5 years I have bought my cars and had them serviced here. No one is perfect, but if they have made an error they will gladly correct it! I often have Brian as my customer service representative, he is pretty thorough. I just want to bring my car in and go on with the rest of my day. Johnstons Toyota is the place to be!
AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE DEPT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY OLDER MOTHER.. her a 10 min simple service job ended up being over 3 hours NO ONE spoke to her or explained anything to her .. They overlooked her and took care of people after her.. Awful service dept .. I doubt she even needed the service to begin with! Don't buy/go here
