Worst sales department I’ve ever had to deal with! Now the minivan is due for its first service and I’m not looking forward to it.
RecommendedThis previous weekend I had a bad flat tire and needed a new one. Danielle in the auto Repair shop went above and beyond to help me with my situation. I had a really busy and stressful week and the last thing I wanted to deal with was this but she strived to make my situation her priority as well as the others as she didn’t miss a beat and I value that as a customer. Also the gentleman working the car rental was very helpful as well. I appreciated the service I had from her and also your dealership thank you so much.
Poor customer service ! Many phone calls and emails have been sent and made by myself and the bank and nobody has an answer ! TIRE AND WHEEL CONTRACT needs to be taken care of so that gap insurance does their part !! We have purchased 2 cars from here ! Never again !!

Wappingers Toyota is the way to go they want your business and will actually try to sell you a car listen to your needs and wants and work with you on number to make it your budget. This one not so much they just want your money. Poor customer service
Had an issue with my A/C not switching between face, floor, and defrost vents. Told me the whole A/C unit had to be replaced. Quoted me a price of $3700. Brought it to a guy I know who works on cars on the side. The part they stated being broken was not. A plastic gear popped off. My guy popped it back on in 30 minutes. Had to fight to give him 100 bucks for his time. Will NEVER bring a car to Johnston’s again. Could have been out 3600 for no reason at all.
Placed an order on a Supra on 03/01/2019 , I was guaranteed the first one since they had no other deposits , July 31 I requested my deposit back since they made it clear they had sold the first 2 units and they wanted a premium on the 3rd Supra they would receive if not they would not sell to me , really unprofessional !!!!!
LIARS!!! Poor customer service!
