i bought a rav 4 for its reliability. the torque converter went at 120k and their technicians failed to diagnose it 3 times and over several months of service. they gave me the car back and the tranny pan seal went. now the tranny an issue. the technician smeared grease all over my windows because i reported them to corporatem truly the most unprofessional sexist business. got a lawyer because Steve Jardine refused to call and make right. they low balled the trade in in the beginning of all this.... the car was screwed up by... read more
We will never come back to this dealer! We had an appt to see a specific vehicle only to show up (after a 45 min drive) and see a sold sign on the vehicle (and the car sales rep had no idea that we were meeting with it was even sold!) I had told them if something changes to contact us as we were coming from a distance, when I shared my experience to the manager he did not seem to care to much that this even happened and wasted our time. I was a huge Toyota fan and owner of 3 Toyota’s. After watching the racist behaviour of your staff, I will never purchase another Toyota.
Apparently there’s an employee who refused to service an Orthodox Jew and basically kicked him out. I don’t think this community is coming together
Really bad behaviour against certain customer , by refusing to service his car. ANTISEMITISM !
