For starters, This dealership doesn’t even deserve 1 star, but I didn’t have a choice. I bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra on Jan 8th with 2 miles. Picked up the truck and it had 16 miles on Jan 11th. On the day I picked up the truck to take it home it had a bad vibration. I brought it back on Jan 18th to have the vibration fix since it was due to tire balance. Their sales staff has much to be desired. They claim to be short staffed. They say they will call back and stay in touch and you never hear from them again. It’s been weeks since the sales manager said he’d call back and personally take care of my car needs. Then they send an email telling me to check their ever changing inventory. Must not need car sales these days. I wonder if dealership ownership agrees with their approach to new business.
RecommendedJust a shout out to Diane Rivera and master mechanic Kevin pierron. The real relationship with a dealership starts after the sales nonsense. I’m new to Toyota and the dealership and can state clearly the service in not what is represented in third party reviews. Efficient , decent and comparable on many levels with Mercedes. Just wanted to give an alternate view of my experience and a specific shout out to those too. Clint has good hair as well ! Kudos

I traded my lease back in almost a month ago now and it still sits as an open balance at the bank. The bank is still trying to take payments out of my account as if I still own the vehicle and no one will call me back. I spoke to the front desk lady 7 times now and she keeps telling me someone will call me. Beyond furious !!!

Friday I made an appointment to look at a Certified Tacoma Saturday 9am. I was asked to put a $500 deposit on it and fill out a credit application. Why would I put a deposit on a truck I’ve never seen? I got there Saturday morning and the back door and bed were badly scratched. My first thought was boy I’m glad I didn’t give them a deposit.
