Terrible customer service. Stay away!!
This place just can’t seem to get anything right. I suspected them of not doing toyotacare services and caught them in the act today. Air filters that were included with the service were not changed. Took literally 15 seconds to check. Last nail in the coffin.
In a nutshell, DO NOT GO HERE OR TRUST THEM. My issue was never correctly diagnosed, I was charged $1,000, put in a potentially dangerous situation and then told it was my problem. For the long story, I had my car towed to Johnstons when I had an issue with my hybrid system where the car would stall and start to shake. One week with a certified used truck and already in the service department. Kelvin in sales has no respect for women so I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anybody.
went to Johnston's Toyota on January 21st to look at, and test drive a 2016 Ram Tradesman. After driving the vehicle I offered my current vehicle in trade but we couldn't come to terms. On January 22nd I received a call from the salesmen and after some back and forth a deal was agreed upon but the Ram had some recalls to be fixed 1st. I recieved another call on January 23rd from the salesman saying a "mistake" was made on the pricing and if I wanted to continue the Ram would be another 4k more.
