The service people are very friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service is a big help if the weather is very hot or cold.
Just bought a 2018 CHR from CCT. Both my salesman Jaret and the manager were friendly, knowledgable, and flexible for my needs. Will absolutely be going back in the future. Additionally, their service department is fantastically kind.

This is a preliminary review. I went for an inspection and was told I failed due to "dry rot in the inner tubes of the tires." $660 for 4 new tires on my new 3 year old Corolla with 17,000 miles. I smelled a rat. Called my boyfriend who spoke to the rep too. Rep told him same thing. Boyfriend told me to leave immediately. Turns out tires don't have inner tubes now! Sales person listened and explained what I was getting into. I didn't feel pressured into making any decisions. All my questions were answered, I test drove the car and the sales person was nice enough to listen to me go on about how nervous I was. Everyone was super nice, including the two women at the front desk. It was nice being congratulated for making such a big decision and even better driving away with a grown up car :-D
Highly disappointed at my experience here (Around a year ago). My tacoma manual calls for 5w-30. The employee without first discussing it with me "upgraded" my oil change to synthetic and charged me $30 more than the listed price. When I confronted him about the upsale he continued to try to convince me that the truck required synthetic. The guy was the rudest employee I have ever met in my life.
