Great people, quality customer service, and attentive and knowledgeable technicians
I hit a deer a while back and took my car to Central City Toyota to get it looked at for any mechanical problems. Later that day I get a phone call from an auto body shop who had my car. Central City Toyota never looked at my car and passed it off to another company without notifying me or getting my permission. I even told them on the phone when I made the initial appointment that I wasn't worried about the body damage and wanted it to be looked at by a mechanic. Wonderful place to have ur vehicle service a place ppl won't mind sitting and waiting either, TV to watch snacks if u want something to nibble on and wifi along with charging stations I so love this place oh yes everyone is friendly too I never had a bad experience since I've been going there more than 10 years now.
Salesman does not tell the truth. Salesman told me do not have to have full coverage on a used car that you buy from Center City Toyota that was not true . upset😣/ talk to manager worked out a deal everything is just fine I love the vehicle a 2006 Highlander Limited would recommend Center City Toyota to anyone who wants a used car!!!!
