I HAD GREAT SERVICE WITH CENTRAL TOYOTA. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME GETTING SERVICE THERE AND IT WILL NOT BE MY LAST.
Service is timely, and the shuttle is helpful
DO NOT buy a used car from them. 2011 Chevy Cruise was posted with only minor dents, bought it for 8k, had to take it back to them TWICE to ‘fix’ an overheating issue with the engine. Still has problems with overheating, which they said they ‘replaced the thermostat’. Sunk $800 in it after buying it, and still hasn’t fixed the issue. They refuse to work on it anymore. I just bought the RAV4 2018. It was one of best experiences throughout my life. The sales man William was very helpful, honest, humble. The manager helped me out with finance regardless my credit score. He really was very nice person I loved him.
