I hav e always had a good experience at Atlantic since I bought my Tacoma truck in 2013. And recently bought another one. Tasha is my go-to service writer and Kippy is my favored mechanic.

When I arrived for my initial appointment with Raul, he was with another customer. He was going back and forth between us, causing lengthy delays. There was a lot of excessive waiting around, which I thought was inconsiderate and unprofessional. Secondly, when I went to pick up the check on Friday 21st November for the equity of my trade, I was presented with a check for $3,850 less than what I was led to believe (and confirmed in writing).
