Excellent service by Jim Coughlin. He was professional, caring and explained in detail the work to be done. He gave me the best possible price by making me aware of discounts available to me that I did not know I could use towards these repairs. He is the reason For the 5 Star Rating.
I was there to look at a few cars over the weekend. The salesperson Raul was very rude. Talks down to you like he owns you, tells you to buy a car on the street because we didnt like the used car he showed us. Sales mgr Oliver seemed nice at first, but after we went back the next day, they made an agreement and had us sign an agreement before getting approval, then backs out of the deal. I recently visited Toyota of Stamford for a recall. They provided a free car check and ended up needing new tires and a strut. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Sergio and Jamie were exceptionally helpful and ensured that all my concerns were addressed. The service was performed promptly, and the quality of work was outstanding.
From start to finish, my experience at Stamford Toyota was wonderful. Working with Benji Buckle was a pleasure and I can’t say enough about his patience and diligence in the very long sales process.
