Excellent service. The technicians found the cause of low tire pressure - a leaking pressure gauge in two tires. They replaced them under warranty.
Decent service, they adequately performed 90 k mile service. When checking out they were urging me to sign papers without first reviewing results. They did not bother to get me the cost of fixing the tech, they just said, "don't bother". After 9 years tech failed and car won't accept software update. It is a $2500 fix. I wo Der if it makes sense to buy cars vs. Lease anymore?
As a serial car buyer, about 2 to 4 cars a year I feel pretty qualified to rate my experiences at any given dealership. Integrity can be a hard find in the car industry but you'll find it at Toyota of Stamford. All of these folks were experanced, competent and personable, John Linn the GM, Anthony Capolupo General Sales Manager, Sal Giugna Finace Manager and my selesman Oliver Johnson. Give this dealership a try, you wont' regret it.

I explained that I needed the car back the next morning for an appointment and they made sure the work was all completed and the car was ready. It rides like a brand new car and it’s a 2007 model!

Jim Coughlin is great. Got me an appointment for the next morning on an emergency electrical issue so I could tow a rental trailer. Confirmed I had no electrical issues, fuses were good and sent me off with NO CHARGE. So appreciate his great communication and service to a stranger from out of state. I will remain a loyal Toyota fan!
