Do not let your 84 year old mother go in for service here unless you want incomplete service and long waits with $4000 estimates with pitches for how much easier it would be to “just buy a new car”. The oil was never changed like she came in for. When given the opportunity to explain and/or fix, I was immediately told that I don’t have a power of attorney and that they explain d technical jargon TO AN 84 YEAR OLD WOMAN, and again, can’t/won’t speak to me because I don’t have piwer of attorney. Easy transaction. Had the Tundra I wanted. Drove it to the house for me afterwards. Quinten did a great job and was just a simple transaction. Will, the finance manager, is just a great human being. Really enjoyed my time with Will. The owner of the dealership was on the sales floor and made it a point to come over and thank me for my business. The owner is local to Murfreesboro and you could tell that it mattered that I purchased a vehicle from him.

I only gave this dealship three stars due to them not covering a 5000mi oil change on my 2025 Tundra. I feel this should have been covered due to the engine failures that have been happening on them. I have purchased two vehicles with them and otherwise they are awesome!

Joe helped us and he charged me $90 for a $30 oil change. I came to find this out later, but it still ticked me off that I found out that I was being charged 3x the price.
