Jim Coughlin has been my service advisor for a year now. A true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, sensitive to your needs, friendly and has helped me out repeatedly, never taking advantage. He is a tremendous credit to the dealer and I wish there were more people like him at other dealers I have been to. Do not buy any vehicle from them or even engage them. This a shark tank operation and the sale stops at the desk. When my very lightly driven, never towed, 2018 highlander ltd. we bought brand new with 5 miles on the ODO started having a transmission problem at only 49,000 miles, they told me it's a $10,460 + tax complete replacement at my sole expense, and they refuse to even service these transmissions, only replace them.
