When I arrived for my initial appointment with Raul, he was with another customer. He was going back and forth between us, causing lengthy delays. There was a lot of excessive waiting around, which I thought was inconsiderate and unprofessional. Secondly, when I went to pick up the check on Friday 21st November for the equity of my trade, I was presented with a check for $3,850 less than what I was led to believe (and confirmed in writing). The sales representative was excellent and very kind. However, the loan officer showed a bad attitude after I decided not to purchase the extended warranty. Honestly, she may need to consider a different position if she can’t treat customers respectfully.

Enjoyed working with Marcos Guzman. Knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and helpful. Toyota of Stamford had a good selection of the model I wanted. Easy to do business with this dealership.

I had a GREAT experience buying my new car from Toyota of Stamford. Marco Guzman was helpful and attentive, I got the new RAV4 with the features I wanted. The whole process was easy and stress free I would highly recommend Marcos and the team at Toyota of Stamford.
They made me think they were the most transparent dealership Toyota has, only for me to get to the day I signed the papers. Shaq rushed me and changed the original numbers of the offer originally presented to me. He knew how much I needed the car and still took complete advantage of me. I’m filling a formal complaint to all departments I can get a hold of, because all Shaq and Tahj are doing now is gaslight.
