Should have expected this from a New York used car dealer.I called the dealer early in the morning to confirm if the vehicle was available. ***** on the phone says "yes, it's still available, would you like to put down a deposit?" I reply yes. She replies "I'm unable to do it but my manager can call you back and do it for you". I paid $883 online for a part. A day later, I get an email stating that I have to pay $46 to get it shipped out. Apparently, their shipping system couldnt read my package properly so theyre requiring additional charges to get the item shipped out.This is so predatory and so greedy. Why is it my fault that your system isnt working? I feel like Im being punished for no reason. It is my first time buying parts from here and it will definitely be the last time.Just go to ******. Their prices are way better anyways.

I had made an appointment for this morning to have my oil change and state inspection done here. I requested the ******* change but due to personal error, I did miss that so the service technician, ****, said they would be charging ***** for an oil change, which i declined.
